Articolul 47. Organizarea obiectivelor geologice protejate
În conformitate cu prezentul cod, obiectivele geologice protejate de stat se referă la monumentele naturii geologice și paleontologice.
Modalitatea de organizare a obiectivelor geologice protejate de stat se stabilește de Legea nr. 1538/1998 privind fondul ariilor naturale protejate de stat.
